Vincent Kow Lit Han

Vincent graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2019. He was admitted as a barrister-at-law (Middle Temple), UK in 2020 and subsequently an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021.

Vincent has been actively involved in equity capital markets work since commencing legal practice, spanning across initial public offerings on various markets to smaller corporate exercises such as transfer listing, M&A, regularisation plan, establishment of ESOS, etc. His corporate experience includes a wide range of sectors, including but not limited to manufacturing, retail, REITs and renewable energy.
