Joanne Ng Kai Shin

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Malaya and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2016.

Joanne has extensive experience in real estate and project development matters, with a particular focus on advising property developers on the acquisition, development, financing, and disposal of project units. She is recognised for her practical and commercially driven approach in handling complex transactions and regulatory requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle.

She acts for leading property developers, including Eco World Development Group Berhad, Gamuda Berhad, Sime Darby Property Berhad, S P Setia Berhad and WorldKlang Group Development Sdn. Bhd.. She advises on all aspects of project development, from structuring and documentation to regulatory compliance and project implementation. Her notable experience includes mixed-use developments, commercial and industrial projects, including Eco Business Park, Gamuda Land townships, H&A Industrial Park, KlangGroup Industrial Park and SDP Industrial Park.

In addition to her real estate practice, Joanne is actively involved in banking and finance matters. She regularly advises financial institutions on conventional and Islamic financing transactions, including property financing, secured lending and related financing arrangements.
